Forest Ridge Closed Sales – January 2012

After the holidays in December we had one sale in the month of January in Forest Ridge. 

This home was originally listed for sale in August 2011. A cluster home, built in 1994, it is  located at 9209 Arborwood Circle this offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The home had numerous changes in its sale price.

A price tag at $184,900 was what clinched the deal. At the end of the day, the  final sale price was $190,620.
