The first quarter of the year came to an end over the weekend. This revealed four homes sold in Forest Ridge.
The following two homes in the month of March.
8975 Lake Park was orginally listed for $324,900.
The price was reduced to $319,000.
The final sale price was $300,000. This is a four bedroom with two and a half bathroom home.
2743 W. Orchard Circle sold for $420,000.
The list price was $449,000.
This home is located in the North Orchard area of Forest Ridge.
We had one sale in Forest Ridge in the month of Febuary.
This sale was a foreclosure with a starting sale price of $204,900. The price was then lowered to $194,900 and finally sold at $182,000. This cluster home offers its new owners three bedrooms,two bathrooms, a two car garage, open floor plan with tile and wood floors.
Currently, there are thirteen homes for sale in Forest Ridge- Davie.
There are a few ways you can find out what the best selling price should be.
