Four  homes sold in Forest Ridge last month. Bart and I were involved in one  of these transactions.

Four Bedroom and Two Bathroom  Listed at $369,000-Sold at $353,000

 

9133 Greenbriar Court

Two Bedroom and Two Bathrooms. Listed at $174,000 and Sold at $181,000 (correct).

 

9200 Oak Grove Circle

 

Three Bedroom and Two and a half Bathroom Home Listed at  $315,000 Sold at $292,000

9251 Oak Grove Circle

 

Four Bedroom and Two and a half Bathrooms. Listed at $345,000 sold at $310,000

To recap- There were 966 residential homes sold in Broward County, March 2011. Davie had 48 homes sold – four of those homes were located in Forest Ridge.
