Inventory of homes nationwide is 8.6 months supply, according to the National Association of Realtors. According to the US Census Bureau and The Department of Housing and Urban Development the median sales price of new houses sold in March 2011 was $213,800; the average sales price was $246,800.
According to Corelogic the shadow inventory, as of January 2011 rate is a 9 months supply. The same as January 2010. The shadow inventory “illustrates the distressed pipeline that has to filter through the market before the market is normalized,” Sam Khater, chief economist for CoreLogic.

The Egg Hunt which took place on April 16, 2011. It was very well attended. Diana Paul, Chairperson and the volunteers think there were about 500 children there, plus their parents. It was a balmy day, the rain held out until after the event.
Each child was given a bag of candy afterward. There were three winners who found Golden Eggs and three winners who found Silver Eggs.
We just took another home for sale in Sunrise, Florida.
This town-home is located in Park Terraces. If you are looking for a home with great access to major roads this might be just for you. As you can see the Park Terraces has easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway, I 595, University Drive and Florida’s Turnpike ( although this might be too great a distance for a daily commute.
