Currently there are eleven homes for sale  in Forest Ridge with prices ranging from $194,900 to  $599,000 . Three of these homes are in short sale status and are priced $270,000, $225,000 and $194,000.           

There were four homes that sold in Forest Ridge in February 2011.         

9141 Southern Orchard Road North-Forest Ridge  

 Listed at $459,900 and  I sold for $427,900         

      

2724 East Abiaca  Circle was listed at $474,900 and closed on February 25, 2011 for $430,000.
